Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. Create a workspace, connect Stripe and Slack, and use up to 100 alerts a month without adding a card.
What counts as an alert?
Each delivered real-time notification or scheduled digest counts as one alert. A heads-up appears around your 80th monthly alert on the Free plan.
Does Pro get more alert types?
No. Every alert type is available on both plans. Pro removes the monthly alert cap and adds daily and weekly digests, full history, and same-day human help.
Can I cancel or switch billing intervals?
Yes. Pro can be billed monthly or annually, and you can manage or cancel the organization subscription from the billing portal.
