Your Stripe account is your business. ChargeBell uses Stripe's official read-only connection (the same system Stripe built for trusted apps) and asks for the minimum Slack permission: posting to the channels you choose.

Can ChargeBell see or move my money?+

No. The Stripe connection is read-only by design. ChargeBell can see payment events so it can describe them to you, but it can never issue refunds, trigger payouts, change your account, or touch your bank details. Anything that moves money still happens inside Stripe, by you.

What happens if I disconnect?+

Alerts stop immediately and the Stripe and Slack credentials are removed from our side. You can disconnect either one from your settings at any time, and reconnect later if you change your mind. Historical delivery records are handled per the Privacy Policy.

Do you support Discord?+

Not yet. ChargeBell is built for Slack today. If Discord support would make it a yes for you, email support@chargebell.com and tell us; it helps us decide what to build next.
