Why founders pick ChargeBell
One flat price
Pro costs $24 a month or $240 a year, however many sales you make. Zapier bills per task, so a busy sales month raises the bill.
The numbers you need
Alerts show who paid and what you keep after Stripe fees. Subscription alerts add the change to your MRR. You never read raw webhook JSON.
Fewer pings
Send wins to #wins and problems to the founders' channel. Set a minimum amount, hold alerts during quiet hours, and read a daily digest each morning.
Read-only access to Stripe, posting rights in Slack
ChargeBell connects to Stripe through Stripe's own OAuth with read-only access. In Slack it asks only for what it needs to list channels and post alerts to the ones you pick. It doesn't ask to read message history.
Disconnect either one from settings and ChargeBell removes the active credentials.

How do I get Stripe payment notifications in Slack?
Connect Stripe and Slack to ChargeBell, pick a channel, and choose the events you want. ChargeBell then posts a Slack message for each of those Stripe events. You don't write webhook code or host an endpoint.
How is ChargeBell different from Stripe Workflows for Slack?
Stripe Workflows for Slack can post Stripe events to a channel. ChargeBell adds per-alert channel routing, minimum amounts, quiet hours, and daily and weekly digests. Each alert is in plain English and shows what you keep after fees. Read the full comparison
Can ChargeBell see or move my money?
ChargeBell can see payment events, but it can't move money. The Stripe connection is read-only. ChargeBell can't issue refunds, trigger payouts, change your account, or touch your bank details. You still do all of that in Stripe.
What happens if I disconnect?
Alerts stop right away and ChargeBell removes the Stripe or Slack credentials. You can disconnect either one from your settings and reconnect later. The Privacy Policy explains how ChargeBell handles past delivery records.
Does ChargeBell work with Discord?
Not yet. ChargeBell posts to Slack only. If Discord support would make you sign up, email support@chargebell.com. We use these requests to decide what to build next.
