Billing
For plan, invoice, renewal, cancellation, or refund questions, email billing@chargebell.com. We may ask you to verify account ownership before making billing changes.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, opt-out, or other privacy requests, email privacy@chargebell.com. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to your account.
Legal notices and copyright
For legal notices, terms questions, intellectual-property concerns, or copyright takedown requests, email legal@chargebell.com. Include the material at issue, where it appears, your contact details, and the rights you believe are affected.
Security reports
If you believe you found a security issue, email security@chargebell.com with enough detail for us to reproduce and assess the report. Please do not access, modify, delete, or disclose another customer's data.
